Hardesty -Brackett Wedding

Melissa and Joe had a beautiful May day at My Old Kentucky Home State Park for their wedding. Everything looked great and the heat wasn't too bad! The sweet couple had a great time dancing and celebrating their marriage. Here are some of my favs!

Addison Claire

My husband's cousin had her second child the week before Christmas. Kindra and Greg waited until delivery time to find out that "Its a Girl!" I don't have much experience photographing infants, so I was thrilled to have the opportunity to take some of sweet little Addison. She is a week and 1 day old in these pictures, has black hair, chubby little cheeks, and precious little dimples. Big Brother Owen was so good with her and loved singing songs to his baby sister. Here are my favorites!

Lindsey & Josh

One of my running buddies is getting hitched! Lindsey and I ran the St. Jude Half Marathon together last December. We had a blast training and had lots of great talks while going on 7 and 8 mile runs! I was delighted when she called to ask me to be their photographer. We were able to squeeze the engagement pictures in on a cold Sunday morning mid-November in Louisville. It was so chilly on the riverfront but we had fun in the bright sun! I'll have to admit they were one of the easiest couples to photograph. I can't wait to share their wedding day with them!

Denny + Laura

Our sweet new friends from the summer asked if I would take pictures for them. I was delighted to do so and we decided to wait until the fall with the leaves changing. Once we saw the leaves turning, Denny, Laura, Bo and I headed to the park. It was fun capturing these two. Bo tagged along to make Denny laugh! We got several good shots. Here are my favorites!

Mr. and Mrs. Verlander

Sweet Katie and Adam had a beautiful ceremony on the mountainside in Bent Mountain, VA. I so enjoyed getting to take in the beauty of our Creator as I watched two of my precious friends join together as one. It was such a delight to be there not only as their friend but also as their photographer. The Lord gave them a gorgeous day which they used to celebrate with family and friends. Thank you so much for letting me be there! Here are my favs from their day!
