Makenzie & Brett

I had the great honor of photographing a photographer friend of mine and her husband. Makenzie, Brett and I went to college together and now Makenzie and I are both living our dreams of being photographers. I've enjoyed walking on this new journey with her and getting to learn about each others experiences. We headed to Murray State's campus to get some fall shots in before all of the leaves were gone. It was such a joy to share a few hours with them and to be able to give her something that she's used to giving to others. As always, picking just a few was almost impossible. Enjoy!

Dylan

Dylan and his family met me in Murray to take his Senior pictures. We were faced with a fairly gloomy day but were able to get some great pictures. Dylan's sister was able to make him laugh and got some great smiles out of him for me. Here are a few of my favorites...

Robert & Emily

Robert and Emily decided to have their engagement pictures taken mid-October so that the leaves would have changed. Of course thanks to a fall full of rain, most of the trees were still very green! We still managed to get a few shots with pretty leaves and a ton of shots with beautiful greenery. I had the hardest time just picking 4 or 5 pictures of them. Here are my favorites from their shoot.

The O'Malleys

My sweet friends, Ryan and Larry O'Malley came to Murray for Homecoming. While they were here, they asked me if I would take some pictures for them. It was fun to run around campus again together. I definitely wish these dear friends lived closer. Here's a handful from their shoot.

The Weldons

I picked up Stephanie and Jason's wedding the day before to help out a photographer friend who had suddenly come down with a stomach bug. It was a beautiful wedding on a hill in the country just as the sun was setting. I couldn't have asked for a better backdrop! Here are a few of my favorites from the day.

Sweet Baby Nonie

My dear friends, Brother and Elizabeth, had their first little bundle of joy on September 20th! I had the great honor and pleasure of capturing Little Nonie at just under 2 weeks old! I'm looking forward to getting to photograph her more and getting to watch her grow up through pictures! Enjoy this little punkin.

My Second Family

I was thrilled when the Wendels asked me to photograph their family over Labor Day weekend. Their family has played such an important part in my life since the 8th grade! We had such a blast being silly taking pictures all around the yard and even eating watermelon! I had a hard time picking out just a few pictures so I included a few more than usual. Meet my second family.

Ashley, Arnie, & Heidi

Over Labor Day weekend I had the opportunity to snap some pictures of Ashley and her two pups. We had a great time running around Ault Park. The dogs were so excited to run around and probably had more fun that Ashley and me. Here's a handful of my favorites!

The Nicholsons

I had the privilege to photograph Melissa and Josh's wedding day in Birmingham. They had a beautiful afternoon wedding at the end of August. Here are a few of my favorites!
